Custom Embroidered Logo Caps: What & Where Can I Decorate?
Your favorite baseball cap can be personalized with custom embroidered logos and text in multiple locations. The front of the baseball cap, above the bill, is the most common location for a custom embroidered logo. There is an area about 4" wide x 2" high on the center front of the baseball cap - this is premium real estate for placing a custom embroidered logo! Your custom logo is traditionally embroidered centered in this area, but we can also place it well off to the left or right if you prefer that look. Other than the front of the cap, don't forget that the sides & back can also be embroidered with your custom logo. Your crew will look really sharp with text embroidered in an arch above the keyhole on the back of their caps. This is a great area for personalization with names, titles, or company taglines. The left and right sides of the cap are another opportunity for personalization, or add a co-sponsor logo here. The possibilities are almost endless.
For larger orders (typically 400+ pieces), we have the ability to manufacture completely customized hats and baseball caps. Custom baseball caps can be embroidered on the brim or visor as well as the 4 locations described above, plus custom text can be placed in multiple additional locations - all at surprisingly affordable prices. Please contact us for more information on large orders of custom manufactured hats.
Personalized Baseball Caps: What's My Style?
We field a lot of questions about custom embroidered baseball caps. Here are basics in a nutshell. First of all, decide if you want a fitted hat (Flexfit) or a cap that has a strap of some sort for adjusting the size. Adjustable caps are generally more affordable than fitted caps. Then think about whether you prefer caps that have a high, stiff front, or a lower, floppy front. One is not better quality than the other, it's just a matter of which look you prefer. As you read through catalog descriptions, keep in mind that the high, stiff fronts are called "high profile, structured" and the lower, floppy fronts are "low profile, unstructured." If this is all too confusing, just drop by our San Diego showroom, where we can explain in person & show you samples. Try on just a few, and very quickly you will find the perfect hat or baseball cap for your custom embroidery project.
