Our Favorite Shirts For Custom Screen Printing and Embroidery

T-SHIRTS  - Our current favorite is the Gildan 64000/6400L. This is one of our most popular t-shirt types for screen printing and embroidery. These are nicer-than-average, made of 100% preshrunk ring spun cotton – a very soft, jersey style knit. Quality details include contoured side seams, double needle stitched sleeve and bottom hem and cover seamed stitched seamless narrow collar. The fit is slightly contoured for a neat (but not tight) appearance. The ladies cut is more tapered than the men's, with a shorter sleeve. The fabric is 4.5 oz., medium weight.

POLO SHIRTS – The Port Authority K500 is our best-selling polo for use as a business/uniform shirt. These polos are tried-and-true favorites – a great value for custom embroidered or screen printed company uniforms. The fabric is a medium-weight 65/35poly cotton pique (mesh texture), resistant to fading. Superior wrinkle and shrink resistance, a silky soft feel, and a good quality knit collar that doesn’t curl up the first time you wash it!

BUTTONDOWN SHIRTS – We really like the S608. It feels super soft, is comfortable to wear, looks good, and lasts well. These are our most popular dress shirts for custom embroidered business uniforms. These comfortable, wash-and-wear shirts are wrinkle resistant for easy care. The fabric is a super soft woven 55%/45% cotton/poly blend fabric that is resistant to fading. The buttons are dyed to match the fabric so they don’t distract from your logo.
